Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Window

You may request a refund within 3 days of your initial subscription charge or any one-time purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. Initial subscription payments and renewals are eligible within this window.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@devotionaftervictory.com with the email address on your account and the approximate date of the charge. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. You may also contact our payment processor, CCBill, directly at support.ccbill.com.

3. Partial Refunds

For multi-month plans (3-month, 6-month, or annual) cancelled after the eligibility window, refunds are not guaranteed, but we may issue a pro-rated partial refund for unused full months at our discretion. Single-month subscriptions are not pro-rated.

4. No-Refund Exceptions

The following are non-refundable: video chat credits and private room sessions that have been used; accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service; and charges older than the eligibility window where the service has been actively used.

5. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date from the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
